First, the screws of each set of bolts must be welded with steel bars.

It is necessary to ensure that the lower part of the screw rod can be connected to the foundation steel bar by electric welding as much as possible to ensure the accuracy of the position of the anchor bolts.

Keep the screw in a vertical state as much as possible, and use a horizontal ruler to check the verticality of the screw before welding.

After the welding work is completed, loosen the nuts on the cover plate so that the bottom of the bolt cover plate is about 30mm away from the steel bars on the foundation surface. At the same time, place the concrete protective layer pad between the bottom of the cover plate and the steel bars, and adjust the cover with a level. Make the plate as horizontal as possible and tighten the nut on the upper screw.

Determine the position of the axis, stand the theodolite on the axis control point of the anchor bolt to be reviewed, aim the eyepiece at another control point on the far end of the axis, and determine the center of the crosshair in the eyepiece.

The verticality and tightening force of the anchor bolt installation affect the accuracy of the installation. If the anchor bolt is not installed vertically, the contact between the nut (washer) and the equipment will be skewed, and there may be a local gap and uneven force, which will affect the fixation of the equipment. , Insufficient tightening force also affects the fixation of the equipment, and the equipment may vibrate and shift during operation.

Anchor bolts should be installed vertically to prevent shifting when concrete is poured.

Anchor bolts should be tightened as required. If the design has tightening force requirements, a fixed torque wrench or hydraulic bolt tensioner should be used to tighten to ensure the pre-tightening value.
