The installation of the rivet nut is simple, quick and convenient. Just place the rivet nut in the pre-punched or drilled mounting hole, apply a certain installation force, and easily insert the rivet nut into the mounting plate.


High push-out and twist-out force:

The mouth of the rivet nut is closely engaged with the metal plate to ensure that the product has a strong anti-pulling force. At the same time, the perfect combination of product pattern and metal plate ensures that the product achieves high anti-torsion force.


Non-destructive installation:

It is recommended that the shank length of the product is always less than the minimum thickness of the mounting plate, and the inner thread of the rivet nut will neither be deformed nor easily damaged under the condition of appropriate mounting force.

The rivet nut completes the installation of the product from the mounting surface of the mounting plate, and the back of the mounting plate is kept flat and smooth.

(1) In order to avoid plate deformation and optimize product performance, when selecting products, the distance from the center of the selected product hole to the edge of the mounting plate should be as close as possible or higher than the standard value.


(2) The diameter of the punching hole corresponding to the mounting hole must be controlled within +.001/.025mm. Punching dies must be kept sharp. The installation direction of the fasteners should be consistent with the punching direction.
