1. Electroplating of nuts

The electroplating of the nut refers to immersing the part of the nut that needs to be electroplated into a specific aqueous solution. The aqueous solution will contain some deposited metal compounds, so that after the current is passed through the aqueous solution, the metal substance in the solution precipitates and adheres to the immersed part of the nut on. Electroplating of nuts generally includes zinc plating, copper, nickel, chromium, copper-nickel alloys, etc.

2. Hot dip galvanizing of nuts

The hot-dip galvanizing of the nut is to immerse the nut made of carbon steel into a molten zinc plating tank with a heat of about 510℃, so that the iron-zinc alloy on the surface of the nut will be converted into passivated zinc, thereby obtaining the surface treatment effect.

3. Mechanical plating of nuts

The mechanical plating of the nut refers to the use of specific physical and chemical means to impact the surface of the nut with the powder of the plated metal, so that the plated metal forms a coating on the surface of the nut through cold welding to achieve the surface treatment effect. Mechanical plating of nuts is mainly suitable for spare parts such as screws, nuts and washers.
