The Main Difference Between Hex Bolts And Hex Bolts

The bolts of hexagon socket bolts are divided into socket and socket socket bolts according to the shape of the bolt head, which has nothing to do with the material of the bolt and the bearing capacity of the bolt.

The outer side of the bolt head of the hexagon socket bolt is round, and the middle is a recessed hexagon. Hex Bolts is the kind of hexagon bolts that we usually have more common bolt heads with hexagonal sides.

Hexagon socket bolts are often used in machinery, and mainly have the advantages of easy fastening and disassembly, and not easy to slip corners. Allen wrenches are generally a curved square shape with a 90° turn. The bent end is long and the other is short. When bolts are bolted with the short side, holding the long side can save a lot of force and tighten the bolts better. The long end is divided into a round head (a hexagonal cylinder is similar to a sphere) and a flat head. The round head can be easily slanted in and removed to install some parts that are inconvenient to use the wrench. The manufacturing cost of Hex Bolts is much lower than that of the inner hexagon. Its advantage is that the screw head (the position of the wrench) is thinner than the inner hexagon, and in some places it cannot be replaced by the inner hexagon. In addition, machines with low cost, low power strength and low precision requirements use fewer hexagon socket bolts than external hexagon bolts.
