1. The surface hardness of self-tapping screws is too low. The thread of the self-tapping screw is too shallow or the thread of the root is too shallow.

2. The gear used by the wind batch is too large.

3. The holes of the fastened parts are too large.

4. After the wind batch is fastened in place, continue to fasten it.

5. Tighten when the fastened parts move at high speed.

1. Replace the same type self-tapping screws from different manufacturers or different batches. Can not be replaced, adjust the small wind batch gear.

2. Reasonably adjust the small wind batch position. Especially for some fixed via holes.

3. Replace or modify the fastened parts; adjust the small wind batch position.

4. Strengthen on-the-job training and master the tightness.

5. Strict process specifications, tighten when stationary or moving at low speed.

6. Adjust the small wind batch gear reasonably, and fasten it in place twice.

7. Adjust the tightening sequence of self-tapping screws, and try to use diagonal fixation to effectively reduce the tightening force.

8. Use self-tapping screws with correct specifications and models.

9. Adjust the torsion force of the windmill.
