2. After the fastener is tempered, its color may change. After the fastener is soaked in ether for a period of time, an oily substance will be produced. If this happens, it indicates that the fastener is damaged. Not clean enough. After analysis, it will be found that the fasteners are not stacked very reasonably when heated, and the fasteners may have some minor oxidation phenomena in the quenching oil.
3. If there is white substance on the fastener, it is probably some phosphide. The reason for this phenomenon is that an acid cleaning machine was not used for cleaning, and the rinsing tank was not checked carefully enough.
