1. Welding nut material: stainless steel

Welding nut made of stainless steel, its hardness grade is A2-70. Stainless steel is a very good industrial material, used in various industrial purposes, and has very good properties. The ductility of stainless steel is unmatched by other materials, and stainless steel can be molded into different shapes; the weldability of stainless steel is very good, and it is very wear-resistant during welding and will not be deformed due to welding during production; stainless steel can endure High temperature of 1200 degrees, which is excellent temperature resistance.

2. Welding nut material: heat-resistant steel

The biggest reason for using heat-resistant steel as a material for welding nuts is that heat-resistant steel can still maintain very good chemical stability in high-temperature environments, and at the same time, it can maintain high-strength oxidation resistance. These two characteristics are required during high-temperature welding, so heat-resistant steel can not only be used as a material for welding nuts, but also used to make industrial furnaces, steam turbines, boilers, etc.

3. Welding nut material: low carbon steel

Mild steel is one of the most common welding materials, and is mostly used to make heat-treated parts. The reason why low carbon steel can be used to make welding nuts is that its carbon content is very low, maintained at 0.25%. As long as the carbon content is between 0.10% and 0.30%, it can be used for welding and forging. . Its strength and hardness are relatively low, so its plasticity and toughness are relatively good, and it can be made into the desired parts through a series of processes such as extraction, forging, and stamping.
