2. Your clips are not aligned with the trim die. The trimming die should not be too large or too small. If it is small, it is easy to drag the tail. If large, the trim of the head is not straight. If there are burrs on the support surface, the ejector rod for trimming is either fast or slow, or the trimming die is worn. Resanding and pre-drilling are also important.
3. In manufacturing, especially when screwing the screw head, the tapping time is too fast. Or the punch hole is too small.
4. The hardness of the screw raw material is also related. The raw material hardness of the trimming screw should be above HRB88 as much as possible.
