The main reason for burrs on the cutting edge of Hex Bolts

1. Your clip is not aligned with the cutting edge die. The cutting edge die should not be too large or too small. If it is small, it will drag the tail easily, and if the head is large, the cutting edge will not be cut properly. Burrs on the supporting surface are caused by the rapid or slow motion of the ejector for trimming, or the trimming die is worn out. Re-grinding is also important for pre-punching.

2. In the manufacturing process, especially when driving the screw head, the striking time is too fast. Or the opening is too small.

3. When the trimming die just leaves the main die, the back support hits the screw on the top of the main die ejector, and it just cuts off.

4. The hardness of the bolt material is also related. The hardness of the raw material for trimmed bolts is better than HRB88 degrees.
