The first type: add flat gasket to prevent loosening
This is an anti-loosening method that we usually use more and more conveniently. It is used to protect the surface of the connected parts from being scratched by the nut and disperse the pressure of the nut on the connected part.
The second type: add flat washers and spring washers to prevent loosening
Spring washers are widely used in load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures of general mechanical products. It is characterized by low cost and easy installation, and is suitable for parts that are frequently assembled and disassembled, but the anti-loosening ability of the spring washer is very low.
The third type: self-locking nut anti-loosening
General nuts will loosen by themselves due to vibration and other reasons during use. In order to prevent this phenomenon, self-locking nuts appeared. The main function of the self-locking nut is anti-loosening and anti-vibration.
For special occasions, its working principle is generally self-locking by friction. The types of self-locking nuts classified by function include those with embedded nylon rings, those with loose necks, and those with metal anti-loosening devices. They are all effective torque type locknuts.
The fourth type: add nut anti-loosening liquid
Apply the nut anti-loosening liquid to the tightened part of the bolt, and then tighten the nut to achieve the effect of anti-loosening.
The fifth type: double nut (left and right rotation) anti-loosening
It is also a good method to tighten and prevent loosening by cooperating with a left-handed nut and a right-handed nut.
Type 6: screw nut drilling and pin fixing
In machinery, pins are mainly used for assembly positioning, and can also be used as overload shear connections in connection and anti-loose safety devices.
