When tightening high-strength bolts, the connecting plate and the connecting matrix usually need to undergo two important processes, namely "sand blasting" or "shot blasting". During transportation and construction, check the roughness and cleanliness of the joint surface before construction. According to regulations, no trace of dust or impurities is allowed to contaminate the surface. When the surface roughness of the high-strength bolt connection surface does not meet the design requirements, it must be sandblasted or shot blasted again.
Processing before construction begins. When installing the unit, special attention should be paid to protecting the connection surfaces of the connecting plate and mother body connected by high-strength bolts.
Friction surface characteristics.
High-strength bolt joints are produced and supplied by manufacturers in batches, so high-strength bolts should have factory certification.
The type, size and technical conditions of high-strength bolt connections should comply with the requirements of GB1228-1231-91 (large hexagonal). When used in combination, it meets the requirements of national construction standards, and high-strength bolt connections are stored and transported in batches. High-strength bolted connections should be handled with care during transportation and storage to prevent damage to the packaging boxes and bolts.
