U-bolts need to be stored when not in use. Its storage environment has corresponding regulations. If the corresponding measures are not taken, it is easy to damage the U-bolt. Let's take a look at the precautions for U-bolts in storage.

First of all, U-bolts should be handled with care to avoid impact and damage to packaging and bolts. Try not to open the box before going upstairs to use, so as not to damage the seal of the package. If some bolts are taken out of the box, they should be well packaged to prevent dust and rust. During transportation, storage and use, the bolts should be lightly loaded and unloaded to prevent damage to the threads. If the threads are found to be severely damaged or the bolts have been exposed to rain, they should not be used again. Secondly, the U-bolts should be moisture-proof, rain-proof and dust-proof, and should be stored according to the type and specification, so that they can be easily found during use. The height of the secondary box should be about 300 yards, and the height of the bolts on the first floor should not exceed 300 yards. If high-strength bolts are stored at the construction site, they should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rain-proof and moisture-proof warehouse, and the threads should not be damaged or contaminated by stolen goods.
