1. F type lock nut
The locking copper is designed at an angle of 30° with the thread, and does not bear the axial load acting on the thread. When the nut is locked, the threaded surface will not release the axial load and the nut will not be deformed. Three equal-spaced locking coppers can be used to adjust the deviation of other parts to be installed on the shaft.
Since the locking copper will not be deformed, the F-type nut can still maintain precision after multiple disassembly and assembly.
2. K-type shrink lock nut
The K-type lock nut is fastened by multiple high-strength locking bolts, so that the secondary thread can be locked through axial displacement. The axial deflection accuracy of the nut can also be trimmed by adjusting the torsion of the axial locking screw. It is suitable for the environment where the working environment is harsh, easy to loosen, and high locking force is required. K-type lock nut is the lock nut with the most excellent locking force at present.
