2. Standardized Tightening Procedure: Use a diagonal staggered tightening method, gradually applying load in at least three stages, progressing from 50% to 80% to 100%. Finally, tighten again under full load along the circumference to ensure consistent stress along the flange's circumference.
3. Use Appropriate Tools: Use a box wrench for general applications, and a torque wrench or bolt tensioner for critical conditions. Precisely control the preload of each nut to avoid manual force deviation.
4. Optimized Structural Design: Prioritize toothed flange nuts, using the flange to distribute pressure. Suspension nuts, grooved nuts, and other structures can also be used to achieve a more even distribution of thread load.
