1. Binder composition - use alcohol or organic solution to clean stainless steel bolts.
2. Fingerprints - use alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene), dry them with a soft cloth and then wash them with water.
3. Excessive rainbow streaks - caused by the use of detergent or oil. Use warm water and neutral detergent when washing.
4. Labels and films - scrub with warm water and weak detergent.
5. Discoloration due to heat during welding - wash with 10% nitric acid or hydrofluoric acid solution, neutralize with a dilute solution of ammonia and carbonic acid soda, and then wash with water - specially used for washing chemicals.
6. Organic carbide adhesion - Soak in hot neutral detergent or ammonia solution and then wash with weakly abrasive detergent.
7. Rust caused by surface contaminants - use nitric acid (10%) or abrasive detergent to clean - use special cleaning chemicals to clean hardware bolts.
8. Dust and scale are easy to remove - wash with soap, weak detergent or warm water.
9. Contamination by fat, oil and lubricating oil - wipe dry with soft cloth or paper and then wash with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special cleaning chemicals.
10. Bleach and acid adhesion - rinse with water immediately, soak in ammonia or neutral carbonated soda solution, and then wash with neutral detergent or warm water.
