1. When welding the nut, the nut moves and deviates from its original position.
When encountering this situation, you can make a tooling, for example: first machine a small rod in the inner hole of the nut, weld the small rod to the flat plate, and finally put the nut on the small rod and weld it. If the tooling is positioned and the problem that the nut deviates from its original position still cannot be solved, screws can be used to tighten or compress it, and the corresponding objects must be fixed at the same time.
2. The welding nut shows desoldering and false welding.
The phenomenon of desoldering and false soldering is not easy to detect. There are many uncertain factors. The welding point of the welding nut may be high or low, and the spot welding machine is adjusted to a fixed current and fixed time. When the welding point is too low, false welding will easily occur. Other spot welding machines False welding will also occur due to the stability of the output and power supply. This requires the quality stability of the nut factory to ensure that the height of the solder joints is consistent; the output power of the spot welding machine needs to be kept stable. If necessary, please add a voltage regulator to the power supply end.
It is worth noting that: for welding nuts of stamping parts, the better welding method is resistance welding. The use of electric welding rods or carbon dioxide protection welding is not as good as the projection welding method in resistance welding. Welding with ordinary electrodes can be completely replaced by carbon dioxide protection welding. Yes, carbon dioxide protection welding has high efficiency, low cost, good quality, and is not prone to false welding.
The welding parameters depend on the fusion size of the weld, and the welding parameters are adjusted according to the fusion size until the defects are eliminated. Of course, the quality of welding is related to the pre-welding treatment, whether there are impurities, oil stains, etc. on the welding surface. Because high temperature will cause the connected parts to deform and cannot be disassembled, and some live metals cannot be welded by normal methods, such as aluminum, magnesium, etc., requiring protective gas or argon arc welding, which requires processing technology and precision.
