1. The application range of the nut is generally welded on a thin plate of about 6mm, which can avoid large deformation of welding, and at the same time, clean welding can be carried out after welding.

2. DC power should be used when welding, and the negative electrode should be connected to the welding wire.

3. Remove the grease, rust and other dirt from the welding place before welding to avoid the formation of welding sockets.

4. Use 99.99% pure argon as the protective gas. In addition, when the current value is 50-150A, the argon flow rate is 8-10 liters per minute, and when the current value is 150-250A, the argon gas flow rate should reach 12-15 liters per minute.

5. During the welding process, the working environment should be kept ventilated. The room should be ventilated. At the same time, the welding should be protected by a screen.

6. When welding, the angle between the welding part and the centerline of the tungsten electrode should be kept between 80-85. The advantage of this is to better protect the welding pool.

7. The angle between the filler wire and the welding surface should be kept within 10.

8. The length of the tungsten electrode protruding from the gas nozzle is about 5mm, the length of the corners and other relatively exposed places needs to be controlled to about 2-3mm, and the length of the deep part needs to be extended to about 6mm.
