① Every time when running 12000km for secondary maintenance, the engine oil pan should be removed to check the use of the engine bearings. If the clearance of individual bearings is found to be too large, they should be replaced, and the connecting rod bolts should also be replaced at the same time. If you find that the engine is not running smoothly or makes abnormal noise during normal operation, you should also stop and check in time. the
②In each maintenance, the newly replaced connecting rod bolts should be inspected, and attention should be paid to whether there are cracks or dents on the head of the bolt, the guide part, and each part of the thread, and whether the tooth shape and pitch of the thread are abnormal. the
③ When assembling the connecting rod cover, use a torque wrench to tighten it according to the specified standard to prevent the torque from being too large or too small. the
④ Select the connecting rod bolts produced by the supporting factory.
