Cause Analysis:

1. The material or structure of the Tapping screws is defective, such as: the internal stress of the material is too large, the cross groove is too deep, etc.

2. The gear used by the wind batch is too large.

3. The hole position of the parts being fastened is too small, and the screwing torque is too large.

4. The dislocation of the assembly holes is serious, and the screwing torque is too large.

5. The improper tightening sequence of the Tapping screws results in a large accumulation error of the hole position during assembly, and the Tapping screws are subjected to excessive shear stress.

6. The specifications of the Tapping screws are incorrect.

Solution:

1. Replace the same type of Tapping screws from different manufacturers or different batches.

2. Reasonably adjust the small wind batch gear.

3. Replace or correct the fastened parts.

4. Reassemble so that the holes meet the standard.

5. Adjust the screw tightening sequence and try to fix it diagonally.

6. Use the correct size Tapping screws.
